Now that the dust is beginning to settle following our move from Market Deeping to the new Head Office, we would like to ask all bowlers to help us to ensure that our records are completely up to date.
We are aware that some membership cards may not have been received but are unfortunately unable to identify these. We are therefore asking all bowlers to contact us at email@example.com
if you paid your membership fee between September and November but have not yet received your new BTBA card.
Thank you for your co-operation and patience. We appreciate that events over the past few months have not been ideal but we are working around the clock to get everything up to date and make the membership system better for everyone.
