Until such time as everybody has received their membership card for season 2016/17, it's important to set out the temporary conditions if you are participating in a sanctioned tournament. If, on the day of the event you still haven't received your new card, proof of payment, last year's card or any form of confirmation by a league or area secretary will be accepted during this time of transition to our new system. Further to BTBA Chairman Ron Griffin's recent announcement (see BTBA website) concerning new administrative services, please note that completed Tournament Finance Reports (TFRs) must now be emailed by Tournament Managers to email@example.com. Payment of TE/Masters/Junior fees to BTBA should be made by our preferred method of bank transfer. Do NOT send cheques for these fees to BTBA Head Office.
