Bowling World Open 2015, Tokyo

Danni Hopcroft, Keira Reay, Dom Barrett and Paul Moor represented Storm Team England at the World Bowling Open in Tokyo, between the 9th and 12th of July 2015.  The event had been organised as a showcase for tenpin bowling ahead of the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games.  Full story here..

Katie Tagg is Junior Sportswoman for 2015

After a stunning year on the junior bowling circuit where she won her first National titles and JTE event title, tops the U18 girls’ rankings and qualified for her Country at the Junior Triple Crown for the fourth consecutive year,  17 year old Katie Tagg from Melton Mowbray  was recognised for her achievements by her local community.   At the Melton Times Sports award held on June 25th Katie was presented with the Junior Sportswomen of the Year award, beating national champions in Equestrian and Cycling.  Congratulations Katie from the BTBA.
