Application/Renewal of BTBA Cards

Members who renew their membership automatically by direct debit will be aware of a delay between payment being taken and BTBA cards being received.
This is due to the system used by our provider, Go Cardless, meaning that the BTBA does not receive a notification of payment until 10 working days after it has been taken from the member.
We appreciate that this lack of BTBA card can cause problems when taking part in tournaments and would ask that members contact BTBA Head Office at with their proof of payment so that temporary authorisation to bowl can be granted.
Thank you.
