BTBA Membership Update
We would like to thank our members for their patience and understanding as we work through the backlog of requests. Members should now be receiving their BTBA cards.
The GoCardless application backlog has now been cleared and applicants can expect a 7 day turnaround on new renewals. There has been an error in the expiry dates of some cards. Members can be assured that the online database will be updated with the correct expiry dates once we are fully up to date and this can be used to validate membership at the end of the season.
An interim printing solution has now been sourced and cards will be printed and sent within the next week. There are approximiately 30 gold cards outstanding.
Tournament sanctioning is now up to date.
